Our Lord enabled me to go on a missions trip this year to preach the gospel and to visit several assemblies in Andhra Pradesh, India. On my way to JFK international airport in New York city, I was stuck in a snowstorm and my car broke at 3:00 am in the morning. I pulled the car to a nearby gas station, sat in the car in the frigid weather and prayed for the Lord’s help. A complete stranger in the nearby gas station volunteered to drop me at the airport which is 4 hours away from where my car broke. The Lord is faithful even when unexpected things come our way as we serve him. I caught my flight on time and arrived safely in India.
By the grace of God, our brethren in India labored to organize gospel meetings in various villages and towns across the state. On January 11th, over 280 little children and 70 adults attended the Bible Lovers Kids Camp in Tangadanche village. The children learnt hymns and Bible stories.
In Pesaravey on January 12th, about 80 people attended the Bible study meeting. In Dindhi village, a gospel meeting was held on January 13th and the unsaved people heard the gospel. On January 14th, we had a youth meeting in Repalle and around 100 young men and women spent their day learning spiritual things.
On January 15th, gospel was preached in a tribal village called Kooda in the beautiful Araku valley near Visakhapatnam city. On January 16th, a Kids Camp was held in Penumaka assembly. On January 17th, we had a Kids Camp in Tenali. In both these camps, children enjoyed listening to the Bible stories.
On January 21,22 and 23 we had a Believers Conference in Tenali. Over 400 believers attended the conference and our topic was ‘Fundamental truths of the Christian faith’. On the final day of the conference, I visited the Paladugu area where 3 young men expressed their desire to start new assemblies.
The Lord has been faithful to give us another opportunity to visit the saints in India and explore avenues to start new assemblies. Please keep us in your prayers. If you want to sponsor a missionary or a mission trip, please donate on this website. Thank you.
