For a few weeks, Azusa Pacific University in California lifted its ban on homosexual romance. The LGBTQ students were elated. Later, APU reinstated its original policy.
We should understand homosexual feelings are real. Like every other sin, homosexuality drags people into its bondage. Some Christians say homosexuality is natural. But remember every sin is natural. Natural does not make something right. Lord Jesus can free us from any sin including homosexuality.
Our standard in life, the Bible explicitly prohibits homosexual relationships of any kind. So, with love and compassion we should reach out to LGBTQ members, show them the Word of God, offer them the path to deliverance God promises in His Word, and pray with them.
